I hope you’re all safe & well. I took some time off blogging over the last few weeks just with everything that has been going on I felt I needed a while to wrap my head around it.
Now that I’m back I wanted to talk to you about something that I’ve never properly talked about on my blog but it’s something that I have a huge interest in – The Law Of Attraction.
I first heard of it when I was watching some Youtubers & they were preaching about how great it is but I never really understood what exactly it was. I then purchased the book The Secret which I’m sure many of you have heard about. However, while it is a great book it can be very hard to get into it properly & fully understand. Hence why I wanted to make a post on simplify the Law of Attraction & making it easier to understand.
Just before I jump into it I want to make clear that the law of attraction isn’t something that you use to get whatever you want. The basic idea of the law of attraction is that your thoughts determine your experience. You attract what you think about, whether or not you want it. A common misconception with the LOA is that the universe does all the work. Manifestation requires you to take action. If you want something you have to put in the work.
The first thing to remember is that you are always manifesting – if you’re giving out good vibrations (vibes) then you’ll receive good vibes back & this works the same way for bad vibes. It’s a ‘like for like’ situation – you get out what you put in.
When you focus a lot of energy into one topic or one thought continuously, it will manifest into the physical. If you are focusing on abundance of love, money, health, you name it, your energy will resonate and become harmonious with the energy with what you want!
One thing to note is that you need to be in the right mindset & fully believe in what you’re manifesting before you notice any changes. The Law of Attraction is very simple. You have to know what you want. You focus on the positive aspects of what you need or want to manifest. It’s normal to feel negative about things at first but the main goal is to rise above those negative thoughts, believe in yourself & believe in the LOA. Only then will you notice your life falling into place.
